Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. No restocking fee applies.
Ordinary Returns
For a change-of-mind return, the dress must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in its original condition, with original tags retained and in its original packaging. These ordinary return conditions do not exclude reasonable requests for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items.
Request Authorization

Return Shipping
For a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping to France. We cover return shipping when the issue is our error, damage, a defect or an incorrect item. Contact us before arranging shipment so we can confirm the appropriate return method.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem; photographs can help us assess it. We will review the issue and confirm the appropriate resolution, including a return and refund where applicable.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will determine whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Cancellation or Changes
To request an order cancellation or change, contact us. We will confirm what is possible based on the actual processing status. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
