These terms apply to your use of cloqforma.shop and purchases from cloqforma. Please review the product information and policies before submitting an order.
Products and Prices
Prices are displayed in USD. Product pages describe the style, color, material, measurements and care instructions. Screen settings can affect color appearance. Review the selected size and product details before checkout. Any applicable shipping and tax amounts are displayed in the checkout total.
Payment Authorization
By submitting a payment through an available payment service, you authorize the payment provider to process the amount shown for the purchase using your chosen payment method. You must be authorized to use that method. Payment authorization alone does not establish that an order has been accepted.
Order Acceptance
An order becomes accepted when cloqforma communicates acceptance to you. A submission acknowledgement or payment authorization is not, by itself, an acceptance confirmation. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you about the available resolution and any applicable refund. No cancellation fee applies. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Shipping and Fulfillment
Delivery is available to the 50 US states and Washington, DC at eligible street addresses. Standard shipping is free. Handling takes 1–2 business days; transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–4 business days. See the Shipping Policy for cutoff rules, exclusions and estimated total timing.
Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery under the Return & Refund Policy. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return.
